Positive: clean house and it fits for 8 people and great location near by Shadage Mountain supermarkets not far it has one bathroom wonderful backyard it has it own parking inside the house there is place for making barbecue

Negative: little bit cold during winter the fire of gas cooker not that strong microwave not working i already informed the owner and he said will fix all soon

Positive: The place is huge and very nicely built. Very well cleaned and maintained. The garden is epic. The whole outdoor area is very nice. The kitchen has stove tops and a big fridge. Hot water is quick both in the kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine also works fine.lots of extra bedding and pillow available. Lots of plates and bowls. There was not enough soap or shampoo. But on request owner provided. He also let us have late check out .

Negative: House is full of ants. Like everywhere every second. They just keep coming. We also have a garden in our house, but this much ants have never seen. Microwave doesn't work it turns out rotates but doesn't warm up anything. Finally, the most important thing was missing fan or ac. It's very hot in summer and not every day is windy and not all nights are cold. It was unbearable one night as soon as the sun rose it got very hot in the room. There should be some fan or ac provided. We went to other places and saw fans even near to shahdag.

Summary: Very good place just need an upgrade of fan or ac.

Positive: The property had a huge space by the river with a beautiful fireplace for round-table gossips. The owner was very collaborative and helped out on time for all the relevant needs. Apart from this, the place had a cozy vibe alltogether

Positive: Very nice villa. Neat and Clean. The owner of the villa is a nice, humble person. There grocery stores are not within walking distance as one has to walk high up on a hilly road. So, the suggestion is that one should buy any essentials like food, drinks and other stuff before coming to the villa. If you have a car, then that's better.
